You have the very first cookbook in hand from Henrik Yde - the man who brought the flavourful, flavorful Asian cuisine all the way from winding rice fields to cold Copenhagen. He is also a judge from the Masterchef TV program.

 

Let him take you through dishes that will create explosions of palatability in your mouth - and broad smiles from your guests! Learn how to make the famous Chinese dim sum yourself and get the recipe for the food the chefs make for themselves when all guests are gone. The dishes are served daily at the Ricemarket restaurant, located in the heart of Copenhagen.

 

The recipes are from Henrik Yde's four-year culinary journey through Thailand and his partner Lerchai Treetawatchaiwong's family's savior. The two have together given Copenhagen a small sea of Asian cuisines, where their restaurant Kiin Kiin has carried a Michelin star for many years. And now they are yours - welcome inside the steam from the bamboo baskets, and bon apetit!
